Quartzing is an effective ultraviolet disinfection procedure that can destroy 99% of all fungi, bacteria, viruses (including coronavirus). To end infinite sores, a year ago our family decided to buy a quartz lamp for the home. Then we still did not understand the full extent of its benefits. Using a lamp, you can disinfect not only rooms, but also clothes, shoes, even body parts. We carry out prophylaxis, treat a runny nose and sore throat. She does not lie idle.
How the lamp restored the health of my family
Until recently, I was waiting with horror for the cold. From mid-autumn until spring, our family almost never parted with pills. All kinds of acute respiratory viral infections, coronaviruses, bronchitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis ... it seems to me that there is no disease that we have not been ill with. I will not describe all the horrors. Parents whose children attend kindergarten and school know firsthand about them.
The more often you visit public places, the more likely you are to catch a virus. As soon as one member of the family gets sick, someone else soon becomes infected. One infection can circulate in the house for weeks. Chemistry does not kill all viruses. Maximum - sanitizes the floor and some other surfaces. Meanwhile, germs are in the air, settling on the walls and even the ceiling.
A quartz lamp produces ultraviolet rays that disinfect all illuminated spaces. We bought it on the recommendation of a doctor, when the oldest child fell ill for the third time in a month. On the first day, I took turns quartzing in the rooms. And before going to bed, we attached the nozzle and processed the nose and neck. Already in the morning there was a noticeable improvement, and after 3 days the son fully recovered. What is most surprising, none of the households were infected, and we did not get sick for two months. Now small colds sometimes happen, but in 90% of cases we do without medication at all and are treated only with a lamp!
How i use it
Our choice fell on the irradiator "Sun" worth 3200 rubles. Its plus is that you can remove the curtain and quartz room. And you can use the nozzle to irradiate the throat, nose, ears. All information on the use of quartz lamps is in the instructions. It is necessary to read it and not neglect the rules. This device is not harmless at all and can cause serious health problems.
The most important thing is that you cannot look at the lamp with unprotected eyes. Be sure to wear glasses (included). Once I spent 5 minutes in a room without glasses. After that, gray spots floated before my eyes, and then I simply lost my sight. About 20 minutes I saw only the darkness. Vision gradually began to return, but his eyes still watery and for a long time were red.
Another negative experience is the attempt to sunbathe under ultraviolet light. Fortunately, I only irradiated my face. Only 3 minutes. The skin began to bake, it turned red and peeling. I even had to use a cream with panthenol.
Apartment cleaning
We all know that disease prevention is the best way to stay healthy. After going through endless infections, I realized this once and for all. Therefore, a quartz lamp does not gather dust in my closet. How do I use it:
- Once a week I do a general cleaning, and after quartzing all the rooms, including the bathroom (we have a combined bathroom and toilet). The larger the room, the longer it needs to be irradiated. In the bedroom and kitchen, I turn on the lamp for 10 minutes, in the living room - for 30. After turning on the device, disinfection begins after 5 minutes. Turning on the lamp, I immediately go out. I look at the clock. When time passes, I quickly run in and turn off the irradiator. I leave the room closed for another half an hour, and then air it.
- If someone in the family has caught the virus, I spend quartzing daily, but not in all rooms, but only in the patient’s room (we allocate him a separate one). The procedure follows the same pattern.
During the quartzization of the room, all indoor plants must be removed from it, and the windows should be closed. Of course, neither people nor pets should be in it.
Disease Prevention and Treatment
Quartz lamp has a wide range of applications. Ultraviolet rays in the right dose not only kill viruses, but also treat a variety of diseases:
- ARVI;
- flu;
- psoriasis;
- furunculosis;
- neurodermatitis;
- rickets;
- periodontitis;
- bedsores and much more.
I know that a quartz lamp is used even in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Ultraviolet radiation has a beneficial effect on the body, improves resistance to viruses, strengthens and heals. I noticed that after her acquisition more strength appeared, it is much easier to wake up in the morning and do homework.
We use the quartz lamp as a family. The youngest daughter is 3 years old, and her throat and nose are also light. The main thing is that the child can sit still for 1-2 minutes.
The instructions say that it is impossible to quartz at a temperature. At the beginning of the disease, the soles of the legs should be irradiated.
In fact, we did not have to seriously hurt after acquiring a quartz lamp (pah-pah). How we were treated:
- Runny nose. A tube was attached to the device, which was supplied. They put glasses on their eyes. Shone 3 times a day for 1 minute (adults for 2 minutes). Snot always disappeared on the 2nd – 3rd day. The congestion went through 1-2 applications.
- Sore throat, tickle. The widest tube is designed for the throat. The procedure is the same as for the nose. After 2 exposures, relief is felt, and the disease does not develop.
Before buying a UV irradiator, I read many articles. The opinion of doctors about whether a quartz lamp is useful for a home is ambiguous. On the one hand, it reduces the risk of viral and other diseases. On the other hand, immunity does not collide with germs and can begin to fight against itself. Here you need to carefully weigh everything and choose the lesser of evils (it is better - together with the doctor). My experience as a hostess suggests that a quartz lamp for a home is a salvation for a family with often ill children.
